Photography, as a form of expression, has held an important place for me in building community. The creative design in architecture and the built form inspires me to make photographs that are compelling and inviting. It enables me to celebrate the spatial experience of color and play of light.

When I collaborate with architects, builders and designers, I work towards understanding their vision. I combine that with my visual expertise and creative instinct to make a photograph that honors their work in the best way possible. Whether it is lighting, design, graphics, layout, fabrication or style, I hope to highlight my client’s masterful execution of their ideas.

I use that same energy and engage with my clients when I take professional portraits. Understanding and connecting with them helps me foster community, and a shared experience of comfort when we’re making portraits together.
